Place is always clean, not too busy, machines use a card you can reload with cash or card. Most machines work, if not they are labeled.

This is my favorite place to go when I have to wash in bulk it's always clean and the staff is so friendly. I love that they have a lot of machines because even when it's busy you won't have to wait for a machine 10/10

I went to this laundromat the day after Hurricane Beryl came through Pasadena, TX. We had no power at home so I went to wash clothes. Roxana, one of the attendants, was so nice and helpful. It was during a chaotic moment because the lights went out at the laundromat just as we were purchasing our wash card. Roxana knew just how to respond in midst of the chaos. She stepped right in and got to every customer in a timely manner. She did an amazing job!!

While I was getting a new card, the light went out, it kept my 1.00 and there was some chaos. Roxanna took charge and told me she will get to me as soon as she can. She help start all the other washer n dryer for customers that began complaining. This is my first experience in a laundry mat. She help me get my card money back and work the machines. Made my experience very pleasant.

Love this place, less then 2 minutes from where i live. Always quiet during the day, always in and out, no problems with the machines. Music and massage chairs to relax while i wash. A tv area for the kids to keep them busy. Definitely recommend.

Just moved to the area this laundromat is hand down the best, very clean and plenty of machines! Mrs Elsa is very helpful and friendly if you’re looking for a place to wash look no further! *they have detergent, softener ect. Just in case you forget your own!

Ultra Lavanderia has some of the best employees as well as owner. The owner always answers phone whenever you call to ask a question believe me I have called multiple times. Elsa one of the employees I usually run across since I usually go in the mornings has been outstanding. I recently had Craniotomy for brain mass and she has asked me if I needed help and has offered fresh made coffee! But over all most employees are awesome. Kudos to employees and owners. Thank You Elsa!

Probably the best laundromat I’ve ever visited and been to in my life. The staff is sweet and friendly and always busy working or keeping themselves occupied. The prices are on the higher side but keep in mind you get WHAT YOU PAY FOR. If you’re a cheapskate then this place is definitely not for you, the only complaint is that the customers need to be clean bc they always leave money, Bobby pins, socks etc behind inside the machines you have to inspect them thoroughly. Lots of space and have snack machine and machines to play games. Love it! Please continue keeping this place the best in the area!

Very clean, lavenderia, the wash and fold services are the best. I do laundry here once a week if you add a certain amount of money to your laundry card they give you bonuses. I love how well kept and clean the place is it does get very busy but if you start early enough there’s hardly any crowd and they open at 7:30 am 7 days a week
